The Bead Soldering Disc supports beads and hollow forms during soldering by providing indexed resting points arranged in a radial layout. Components sit on the disc surface rather than being clamped, allowing unobstructed flame access and even heating. Machined from titanium, the disc resists solder adhesion and oxidation while remaining stable under repeated heat cycles. Unlike mesh or improvised supports, the disc maintains consistent spacing and orientation, making it easier to solder multiple components efficiently. The disc can be used with a wide range of metals and soldering setups on a flat soldering platform.

How It’s Used 

The disc makes it easier to solder beads together by keeping components evenly spaced while heat is applied.
