Artist Inspiration
I found the stones after sifting through trays, hands dark with dust. They were nearly the same, and I knew they should not be apart. They reminded me of love. I thought of two lives meeting. I thought of what the world puts together. I paired them together, and it felt right. They belonged with one another, even if they never had before. I joined them with silver and made them whole.
