Sacred Earth Sonoran Gold Turquoise and Alexandrite cuff

A sterling silver cuff with 13 Sonoran Gold turquoise cabochons and 8 rare natural alexandrite gemstones, embodying cycles, balance, and harmony.

I forged this sterling silver cuff by hand, setting thirteen Sonoran Gold turquoise cabochons and eight rare natural alexandrite gemstones into its design. The piece carries a rhythm—cycles, balance, harmony.

Thirteen turquoise stones mark the lunar cycles, grounding the cuff in the rhythms of time and nature. Eight alexandrites shift from green to purple, mirroring the changing sky, a balance between earth and light. I shaped the triangle wire to echo mountain peaks, twisted rope to reflect the flowing plains, and round silver accents to recall the stabilizing weight of boulders. Every element is intentional, a reflection of the interconnected systems of life.

The alexandrites, rare in their natural form, transform in changing light, alive with movement. On the underside, I stamped designs of water, roots, and hills—forces unseen yet vital, flowing beneath the surface, holding everything together.

Artist Inspiration
This piece carries cycles, harmony, and connection. I brought together thirteen turquoise stones and eight alexandrites, shaping a design rooted in the rhythms of the natural world. Every element was forged by hand from recycled silver, each strike of the stamp pressed with intent—patterns unseen yet essential, like the forces that shape the land.
